The Minirth Christian Program, provided at Big Creek was developed and founded by Dr. Frank Minirth, nationally known Christian psychiatrist. The program is founded on the 7 Steps from Dr. Minirth’s book “Happiness is a Lifestyle” re-released in 2007 and “Happiness is a Choice” released in 1978.
The system is owned, operated, and managed by a nonprofit Christian ministry: Hearts of Love Ministry International, Inc.
Big Creek is a Christian program with a goal to strengthen the spiritual beliefs and practices of the Christian client in his/her family, church, and community.
The Minirth Christian Program provides a broad and balanced approach to care integrating biblical principles with proven professional staff to assist in the healing process.
Our goal is to work with executives, pastors, and Christian workers to rejuvenate their “spirit and soul and body” so they can feel strong physically, can gain strength emotionally, and can be encouraged in the Lord spiritually.
I took my son the ranch, He was in a very bad place mentally and it changed his life. I thank God for Dr. Minirth and the people who worked with my son at the ranch. I will never forget their kindness and the break through that was made in my son's mental health due to their work with him.
